How long will my order take?
Orders are typically completed within 7-10 business days. However, during busy periods orders can take up to 10-15 business days.

How do I know if my order has been received?
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming all details provide at time of checkout. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a second email confirming the shipping details.
How do I redeem a coupon code?
Once you have finished shopping, proceed to "view cart" and the contents of the shopping cart will be displayed. There will be a section titled "Redeem a discount coupon" at the bottom of the page where you will be able to enter in the coupon code. If you select "Checkout" prior to entering the coupon code you will need to go back to "Your cart" and input the coupon code. Once the coupon code has been entered press the "submit" button and the page will refresh. Please note that you will not see the discount being applied until further in the checkout process.
Can I redeem more than one coupon at a time?
Sorry, but only 1 coupon per order. If you would like to redeem multiple coupon codes just order them separately and we will make sure they are shipped together. For your convenience, select the pick-up option in the shopping cart for the second item so that you are not charged shipping twice. Please send us an email at info@taggedstore.com so that we are aware of the second order.
Receipts
Receipts are emailed once your order has been placed. At no time are receipts included with the shipped product as many of our gifts are sent directly to the recipients.

Is Your Shopping Cart Secure?
TaggedStore.com uses PayPal to handle all secure transactions. Paypal protects your personal information, including your name, address and credit card information. All of your personal information is encrypted so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
How can I cancel or change an order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed at anytime as long as the product has not been personalized yet. Once your product is in the process of being personalized the order can not be changed or cancelled.
Can You Gift Wrap My Item(s)?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping for a small additional charge. Please select this option when checking out.

Return Policy
We do not accept returns for personalized items. However, if we make an error in spelling or if the product is defective, we will gladly replace the item. Spelling errors that are due to customer error will not be replaced or exchanged under any circumstance.
